At Creative.Lighting, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new lighting fixture doesn't perfectly illuminate your space, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log in to your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive your Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully repack the fixture in its original packaging, ensuring all mounting hardware, bulbs, and instruction manuals are included to avoid restocking fees.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
